Tempeh Starter ferment is made in France using 100% organic ingredients. It allows the realization of any type of tempeh: soybeans, chickpeas, lentils, beans, cereals etc…

Very rich in spores, the ferment is produced very regularly which guarantees high quality spores and real ease of use. The products are subject to regular laboratory checks.


Dosage : 5g per kg of dry seeds
A 25g bag allows the production of minimum 8kg of tempeh
A 75g bag allows the production of  minimum 23kg of tempeh

Ferment strain: Rhizopus oligosporus

Ingredients: Rice*, Rhizopus oligosporus*

* Ingredients produced by Organic Farming

May contain traces of SOY

Storage conditions: The ferment can be stored away from light, preferably in a cool place in an airtight container.

Tempeh starter does not have an expiration date but loses strength over time, so it is best to use it within a year of receiving it. If you have exceeded the BBD mentioned on the product, add a little more ferment than usual when preparing your tempeh.
