We offer a home delivery service directly to your mailbox via La Poste in tracked letter. The shipping costs are offered to you from 50€ of order in delivery in Metropolitan France and in Overseas.

DELIVERY TIMES

The shipments take place within 48 hours following the reception of the payment of your order at the address indicated at the time of the order.

The average delivery time is three working days in France and fifteen working days abroad.

This time is indicative and may be longer depending on the possibilities of the carrier. You can follow at any time the delivery of your parcel on www.laposte.fr thanks to the tracking number which will be communicated to you during the sending of the order.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the carriers and independent of his will, however if the ordered Products have not been delivered within one month after the indicative date of delivery the sale may be resolved at the written request of the Customer and Madame Ferment will refund the payments received.

CONDITIONS OF RETRACTION

The Customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the totality of his order to retract without necessarily giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from his order by email to in**@ma***********.com. The request must be unambiguous and must contain the name and surname, e-mail, address, order number and date.

REFUNDS

In the event of the Customer’s withdrawal, Madame Ferment will reimburse the payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day Madame Ferment is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
In the event that the Customer withdraws from the entire order, Madame Ferment will reimburse all payments received from the Customer for this order.
If the Customer withdraws from a part of the order, Madame Ferment will refund the amount of the returned Products.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the Customer used for his order or by bank transfer.
Madame Ferment may defer this refund until the Products have been received and checked.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The Customer must return the Products no later than fourteen (14) days after having communicated his/her decision to withdraw.
The returned products must be unopened, complete and undamaged.
The return of the parcels must be done at the following address

accompanied by the return form (APPENDIX I below) or the following information on plain paper: name and surname, e-mail, address, order number and date.
The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the entire order or the Products.

APPENDIX I Withdrawal form

This form must be completed and returned only if the Customer wishes to withdraw from the order placed on www.madameferment.com except for exclusions or limitations to the exercise of the right of withdrawal according to the applicable General Terms of Sale.
